Position Overview
The Alberton branch is seeking a Counter Sales professional who is energetic, confident, and customer-focused. This role is ideal for someone passionate about tools, machinery, automotive spares, and hardware sales.
The successful candidate will drive sales, manage stock, supervise staff, and uphold the company’s reputation for exceptional customer service. Experience in retail branch procedures, automotive, engineering, or DIY environments is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer care and support in accordance with company standards.

Generate sales and actively contribute to achieving strategic growth goals.

Maintain proper stock levels, stock rotation, and inventory control.

Handle administrative and managerial duties as required.

Supervise staff and ensure smooth branch operations.

Minimum Requirements

Senior Certificate (Matric) essential.

Own vehicle required.

Previous experience in:

Tools & Machinery

Automotive or Engineering

DIY or Hardware environments (advantageous)

Supervisory experience and knowledge of branch procedures preferred.
