Position Overview

The Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all office areas, corridors, restrooms, and general facilities. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Clean offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms.

  • Dust and polish office furniture.

  • Sweep, scrub, wax, and vacuum floors.

  • Shampoo carpets and maintain clean walls, windows, and doors.

  • Empty and clean dirt bins; collect and remove waste papers.

  • Freshen office areas and maintain general hygiene.

  • Clean kitchen areas, basins, and utensils; restock as needed.

  • Maintain restrooms; refill liquid soap, toilet paper, hand towels, and air fresheners.

  • Keep cleaning materials, equipment, and tools in proper condition.

  • Report broken cleaning machines and equipment.

  • Clean machines (microwaves, vacuum cleaners, etc.) after use.

  • Place demands for cleaning materials and collect from stores.


Minimum Requirements

  • ABET qualification (Level 4 minimum).

  • No prior experience required; entry-level position.

  • Ability to stand and work for long periods.

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

  • Basic understanding of health and safety.

  • Willingness to work shift hours as required.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and basic writing skills.
