Purpose of the Role
The Branch Marketer is responsible for selling the organisation’s merchandise according to agreed targets, effectively marketing agricultural stock to customers, and managing stock control to ensure constant product availability. Key Responsibilities – Branch Marketer
Sales & Customer Marketing
- Actively sell and market VKB Retail’s full product range to walk-in customers and via telephonic and email interactions — consistently delivering high-standard customer service across all channels.
- Market agricultural commodities, seeds, fertilizers, animal feeds, water systems, fencing, packaging steel, and building materials to the branch’s customer base.
- Achieve agreed sales targets through proactive product recommendation, upselling, and excellent customer engagement.
