Position Overview
The NPA is seeking a qualified and skilled Administrative Officer to join the Supply Chain Management β Logistics unit. This role requires hands-on experience in LOGIS, procurement processes, and compliance with the PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Administer orders on LOGIS for leases, contracts, and once-off payments.

Capture requests on LOGIS Mainframe and approve Procurement Advices.

Authorize petty cash vouchers and orders via LOGIS Mainframe.

Liaise with service providers and internal clients regarding the status of requisitions.

Maintain and update requisition and order registers.

Compile monthly requisition reports for management review.
Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelorβs Degree (NQF Level 7) or three-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:

Logistics Management
-
Purchasing Management
-
Supply Chain Management
-
Public Administration or equivalent

Experience: Practical exposure to LOGIS.
