The Administration Sales Support role is responsible for providing administrative and operational assistance to the Sales and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, process documentation efficiently, and ensure smooth coordination between departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support

Assist with administrative duties in line with company procedures.

Ensure all Natis documents are received, processed, and couriered daily.

Manage and distribute vehicle keys for sold units promptly.

Follow up on outstanding debtor accounts within designated timeframes.

Support the Sales and Operations teams in daily tasks and reporting.
Customer and Stakeholder Relations

Attend to customer queries promptly and professionally.

Maintain effective oral and written communication with customers and colleagues.

Build and sustain positive internal and external relationships that promote business continuity.

Demonstrate initiative and a commitment to improving operational processes.
Minimum Requirements
Academic Qualifications

Matric Certificate (Grade 12) β essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Work Experience

Proven experience in customer service or administration.

Exposure to the automotive or motor trade industry (advantageous).

Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
