Position Overview
Fidelity Services Group is recruiting a Commercial Business Development Consultant to drive new business growth, maintain client relationships, and deliver integrated security solutions. The successful candidate will manage both existing and new client portfolios, providing end-to-end security solutions tailored to client needs.
This role is ideal for individuals with senior sales experience in the security industry, strong negotiation skills, and a client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.

Conduct site surveys to assess client security requirements.
-
Design, cost, and present integrated security solutions tailored to client needs.

Prepare and submit timely quotations and proposals.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies in equipment and service offerings.

Monitor sales targets and proactively achieve revenue goals.

Compile and submit weekly and monthly management reports.
-
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maximize growth opportunities.

Assist with marketing initiatives and client presentations.
-
Travel as required to client sites and attend meetings.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
-
Post-Matric qualification or equivalent
Experience & Skills:
-
Senior sales experience in the security industry essential
-
PSIRA Grade B certification (Company requirement)
-
Computer literate – MS Office, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint
-
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and extended hours if required

Valid driver’s license and reliable car
