Position Overview

Fidelity Services Group is recruiting a Commercial Business Development Consultant to drive new business growth, maintain client relationships, and deliver integrated security solutions. The successful candidate will manage both existing and new client portfolios, providing end-to-end security solutions tailored to client needs.

This role is ideal for individuals with senior sales experience in the security industry, strong negotiation skills, and a client-focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.

  • Conduct site surveys to assess client security requirements.

  • Design, cost, and present integrated security solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Prepare and submit timely quotations and proposals.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies in equipment and service offerings.

  • Monitor sales targets and proactively achieve revenue goals.

  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly management reports.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maximize growth opportunities.

  • Assist with marketing initiatives and client presentations.

  • Travel as required to client sites and attend meetings.


Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Post-Matric qualification or equivalent

Experience & Skills:

  • Senior sales experience in the security industry essential

  • PSIRA Grade B certification (Company requirement)

  • Computer literate – MS Office, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint

  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours if required

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable car
