Position Overview

The Passenger Vehicles Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, customer engagement events, and manufacturer relationship programs within a dynamic automotive dealership environment.

This individual will be instrumental in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and aftersales carpark growth, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Execution & Performance Tracking

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Manage paid advertising budgets to maximize marketing efficiency and cost per lead.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with vehicle sales and lead targets.

2. B2C Event Management & Aftersales Growth

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, promotions, and customer events to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.

  • Develop targeted marketing initiatives to grow the aftersales carpark and customer retention.

  • Report on campaign performance and identify growth opportunities for aftersales and service departments.

3. Manufacturer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between dealership management and vehicle manufacturers.

  • Ensure manufacturer marketing campaigns are executed to brand standards.

  • Track and report on rebates, incentives, and co-op marketing programs.

  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer marketing and communication guidelines.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor digital analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Prepare detailed monthly reports highlighting performance insights and opportunities for improvement.

  • Use marketing data to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.

5. Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with sales, service, and customer experience teams to create unified brand messaging.

  • Work with creative and content teams to produce high-quality, brand-consistent marketing materials.

  • Provide ongoing guidance to dealership teams to ensure successful campaign implementation and tracking.


Minimum Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.

  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or Social Media Strategy are advantageous.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within the automotive or motor retail industry.

  • Proven success in digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage B2C events and aftersales marketing initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.

  • Strong project management and data analysis abilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


Working Conditions

  • Flexibility to travel between dealership locations as required.

  • Occasional evening or weekend work for events, roadshows, or promotional campaigns.
