Position Overview
The company is looking for a confident and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the owner of the business. This full-time independent contract role requires 35 hours per week, aligned to UK business hours.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently while maintaining close collaboration with the business owner. Strong communication, organisational skills, and tech-savviness are essential for success in this fast-paced, remote role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive and Calendar Management

Manage the owner’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling.

Organise and prioritise daily tasks to ensure optimal time management.

Coordinate virtual meetings, calls, and other professional engagements.
2. Email and Communication Support

Handle email correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups.

Assist with client communications, queries, and scheduling.

Maintain a professional and consistent communication standard across all channels.
3. Administrative and Document Management

Organise and maintain digital documents, reports, and business files.

Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and business documentation.

Support day-to-day operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
4. Remote Operations and Technology Support

Utilise digital platforms and tools to streamline business processes.

Maintain organisation and efficiency in a remote work environment.

Provide solutions-focused support for operational challenges.
Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a remote Personal Assistant or in executive support, preferably with UK client experience.

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; Xero experience advantageous.

Exceptional organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Tech-savvy and confident in using digital tools, platforms, and collaboration software.

Discreet, reliable, and solutions-oriented.
