Position Overview
CIPC invites applications for 2 Call Centre Agent Interns to join the Sunnyside Office in Pretoria. The 24-month internship is designed for unemployed graduates aged 18–35 who wish to develop expertise in call centre operations, customer engagement, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls to ensure excellent customer service.

Record and update customer information accurately in systems.

Support call centre operations through data capture, documentation, and reporting.

Assist in monitoring call quality and adherence to service standards.

Resolve customer queries and escalate issues where necessary.

Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
Essential:

Diploma or Degree in Call Centre Management, Customer Service, or Business Administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

South African citizen aged 18–35 years.
-
No prior participation in the same internship programme.
Desirable:

Knowledge of call centre operations, CRM systems, and service level KPIs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Special Conditions of Employment
