As a Driver / Cleaner at the Potchefstroom branch, you play a direct role in maintaining branch efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your core responsibilities include detailing and valeting vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards, delivering vehicles to buyers and fleet clients, conducting quality control checks, collecting banking and registration documents, and maintaining clean branch premises.
Key Performance Areas & Primary Responsibilities
1. Vehicle Detailing & Quality Control

Clean, wash, vacuum, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors in strict accordance with Auto Pedigree quality standards.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections, identifying and reporting expired licence discs, body damage, mechanical faults, or operational defects.

Ensure all customer handover vehicles are fully prepped, spotless, and presentable prior to delivery.
2. Transport & Delivery Services

Safely transport, deliver, and collect vehicles, documentation, and branch clients across required destinations.

Collect and deliver financial documents, registration papers, and contracts between banks, suppliers, and municipal offices.

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and South African road safety legislation during transit.
3. Branch Operations & Asset Safeguarding

Maintain the cleanliness, order, and upkeep of the branch parking lot, showroom, and operational facilities.

Behave ethically and safeguard company assets, customer vehicles, and sensitive documents.

Assist branch management with additional operational duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements – Driver / Cleaner
Educational Qualifications & Licences

Education: Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (Essential).
