Position Overview
CIPC invites applications for 2 Graduate Internship positions in Corporate Disclosure and Compliance Regulation, based in Sunnyside, Pretoria. The internship forms part of a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme, offering graduates practical exposure to corporate compliance processes, financial management, and administrative functions.
The programme targets unemployed graduates with little or no work experience who are ready to develop their skills in a professional government environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Corporate Disclosure and Compliance Regulation team with daily administrative, compliance, and financial tasks.

Support preparation, verification, and filing of corporate disclosure documentation.

Assist with monitoring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

Track operational processes and support accurate reporting within the department.
-
Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and compliance.

Provide support for audits, reconciliations, and corporate reporting activities.
Minimum Requirements
Essential:
-
BTech, BCom, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.

Unemployed South African graduates aged 18–35 years.

No prior work experience required; applicants must not have participated in previous internship programmes.

Valid South African ID and proof of qualifications (foreign qualifications must be SAQA-evaluated).

Special Conditions of Employment
