Position Overview

CIPC invites applications for 1 Graduate Internship position in Corporate Disclosure and Compliance Regulation based in Sunnyside, Pretoria. This internship forms part of the Graduate Internship Programme, providing 24 months of work experience to develop competencies in corporate compliance, ICT systems, and administrative processes.

The programme targets unemployed graduates who have completed their qualifications and have little or no prior work experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Disclosure and Compliance Regulation team in daily administrative and technical tasks.

  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and records for corporate compliance activities.

  • Apply basic ICT and computer science skills to support internal systems and workflows.

  • Participate in monitoring compliance and regulatory processes.

  • Track and assist with project and operational tasks to ensure accurate corporate reporting.

  • Contribute to process improvements and adherence to government and CIPC regulations.


Minimum Requirements

Essential:

  • BTech, BCom, B Degree, or BSc in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Unemployed South African graduates between 18 and 35 years old.

  • No prior work experience required; must not have participated in previous internship programmes.

  • Valid South African ID and proof of qualifications (SAQA evaluation required for foreign qualifications).

Desirable:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.

  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.

Special Conditions of Employment
