Position Overview
CIPC invites applications for 4 Project Management Intern positions based in Sunnyside, Pretoria. These internships form part of the Graduate Internship Programme, providing 24 months of work experience to develop project management competencies, workplace exposure, and professional skills.
This programme targets unemployed graduates who have completed their qualifications and have little or no prior work experience.
Key Responsibilities

Support project teams in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Apply basic project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Participate in project meetings and track project milestones.
-
Support administrative and operational tasks required for smooth project delivery.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project teams.
Minimum Requirements
Essential:
-
Bachelorβs Degree or Diploma in Project Management or related field.

Unemployed South African graduates between 18 and 35 years old.

Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Coursework or certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is an advantage.

No prior work experience required; must not have participated in previous internship programmes.

Valid South African ID and proof of qualifications (SAQA evaluation required for foreign qualifications).
