About the Role
As a Junior Manager for our new Pedros store in Pinetown, you will serve as a key operational pillar, supporting the Senior Store Manager across all areas of restaurant performance. You will oversee shift operations, lead frontline staff, drive sales targets, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service and top-quality meals.
This position demands strong leadership, operational agility, and a comprehensive understanding of fast-food operations—from raw chicken preparation and grilling to point-of-sale management and customer relation handling. You will supervise shift handovers, monitor labor productivity, control stock variance, enforce strict OHS/HACCP guidelines, and train team members to deliver consistent excellence.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Manager
Shift Leadership & Daily Store Operations

Manage daily store shifts to ensure smooth operational workflow across kitchen, counter, and dining areas.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications
