The Courier in Lephalale plays an essential role in connecting regional medical practices and outlying laboratories with core pathology operations. Specimen Collection & Delivery Operations

  • Check tasks and moxes daily to organize and plan optimal delivery and collection routes across Lephalale and outlying areas.

  • Transport diagnostic specimens, lab reports, and medical goods between outlying laboratories, healthcare facilities, and client practices timeously and safely.

  • Verify delivery items, complete signed Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, and maintain accurate manual and digital tracking records.

  • Scan all collected specimens and laboratory results using the Courier Management Programme to maintain real-time tracking visibility.

Vehicle Care & Asset Management

  • Perform daily safety checks and maintain proper care of company assets, including vehicles, petrol cards, and corporate uniforms.

  • Maintain interior and exterior vehicle cleanliness, ensuring full compliance with Quality Assurance Standards.

  • Report vehicle faults, delays, or mechanical issues immediately to management.

  • Complete accident and incident report forms promptly following any damage to ensure timely insurance processing and repair work.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—including specimen transport bags, safety gloves, and eye protection—to uphold health and safety guidelines.

  • Follow strict biosafety protocols when handling medical samples and report any hazardous material spills immediately to supervisors.

Educational Qualifications
