Key Responsibilities

Customer Sales & Technical Advisory

• Attend to retail and trade customers in a professional, helpful, and welcoming manner.

• Recommend suitable building materials, tools, and supplies to solve specific customer requirements.

• Demonstrate acceptable sales techniques to generate additional sales, upsell related building products, and meet departmental targets.

Stock Control & Merchandising
