Key Responsibilities
Operational Supervision & Site Inspections

Supervise mobile security personnel and site postings to ensure full compliance with company standards and client service level agreements (SLAs).

Perform regular, structured site visits and quality control checks across all assigned client locations in Welkom.

Monitor staff attendance, manage shift handovers, and ensure adequate staffing levels across all site shifts.

Evaluate ongoing service delivery standards and proactively suggest operational improvements to client representatives.
Incident Management & Reporting
