About the Role

The Branch Manager role within Fidelity Cash Solutions is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of branch operations while maintaining high standards of security compliance and client service delivery. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee operational teams, ensure contractual obligations are met, manage client relationships, and drive operational performance within the branch.

This role is ideal for experienced security operations professionals with strong leadership, planning, organisational, and communication skills. Candidates must be capable of managing high-pressure operational environments while ensuring service excellence, compliance, and efficient people management across the branch.

The role also requires regular interaction with executive management, operational reporting, and ongoing evaluation of service delivery standards to improve operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Branch Operations Management

Minimum Requirements – Branch Manager

Educational Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (essential)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the security industry (essential)
  • People management experience (essential)
  • Client liaison and operational management experience advantageous

Licences:

  • Valid driver’s licence (essential)
  • Own reliable transport (essential)
  • PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation (essential)

Technical Skills:

  • Computer literacy on Microsoft Office programs
