About Us We are currently looking for a Recruiter to source candidates with the right experience and qualifications in order to match provided job profile, building a talent pool to meet future capability requirements and to ensure staffing goals are achieved. As the Recruiter, you will be managing the talent pool, engaging in bulk recruitment and recruitment drives to ensure the business is fully equipped with suitable and verified employees.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Create and manage the Regional talent pool of front line employees as per approved recruitment process
  • Ensure regular interface with Operations and Sales team to ensure your temp pool is aligned with business requirements at all times
  • Arrange Recruitment drives logistics and planning and ensure relevant internal support such as trainers and HR support are available for the recruitment drive to be successful and handled with all safety precautions
  • Ensure that the successful candidates appointed in the Talent pool are kept upto date on opportunities as they arise in the business
  • Ensure the delivery of an excellent recruitment support to the business through provision of administrative and advisory support throughout the recruitment process
  • Be an integral partner with HR and Operations to ensure smooth deployment of successful candidates are deployed
  • Ensure the employee information is channelled timeously to the Compensation and Benefits team.
Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to work independently or in a team, set priorities and meet deadlines on multiple projects
  • Ability to interact with all stakeholders as appropriate through emails, project management deliverables, and presentations
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Experience managing recruitment processes in a matrix organization, including working with vendors where applicable
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams in a matrix organization
  • Design and Develop bulk recruitment projects in geographically dispersed environment
  • Basic Project management skills
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years recruitment experience in a large organization with Bulk recruitment of employees
  • Must have a Matric
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management/Industrial or Organizational Psychology
  • Must have drivers license and willing to travel regionally
