Our client in Pretoria-East needs a Fabricated Aluminium Welder with the following specifications:
Requirements:
Must have worked in Construction,
Three (3) years of proven experience,
Reliable transport to work,
Contactable references.
Job description:
The candidate must be able to install aluminium sliding doors and all burglar bars.
Must understand process parameter settings
Lay out and fabricate metal structural parts such as fittings and frames
Must follow duties as assigned by supervisor or team leader
Preform aluminium welding operations
Manufacture product that meets quality requirements
Inspect and verify work prior to submitting it for inspection
Keep equipment clean and maintain proper fluid levels
Qualifications:
Ability to operate crane with proper rigging skills
Understand and know how to use personal protective equipment (PPE) for all work areas
Matric (Mathematics will be an added advantage)
3-5 years of TIG experience is a plus
Able to read a tape measure and perform simple math such as adding and subtracting fractions
