What Does a Pedros Junior Store Manager Do?

A Junior Store Manager at Pedros Chicken is responsible for the complete day-to-day operational management of an assigned Pedros store — covering food quality standards, stock control, team management, customer service delivery, sales performance, and health and safety compliance. 🏪 Store Operations Management

  • Oversee the complete daily operation of the Pedros restaurant and take-away at Koeberg Road

  • Manage opening and closing procedures, shift handovers, and daily operational checklists
