Purpose of the Role
The Storeman Assistant is responsible for tracking inventory, monitoring stock levels, organising existing inventory for easy and safe accessibility, and supervising stores staff — ensuring the Aeroton Bakery’s raw and production materials are correctly received, rotated, issued, and accounted for at all times.

Inventory & Stock Management
- Track available inventory — maintaining accurate, current records of all stock on hand
