VKB Group is seeking a strategic and hands-on Branch Manager to lead its NTK Retail branch in Tolwe. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while fostering a high-performing and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Monitor branch financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.

  • Operational Oversight: Maintain stock levels, manage logistics, and ensure product availability.

  • People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop employees to achieve their potential while cultivating a positive work environment.

  • Customer Service: Maintain VKB’s high standards of service, address customer queries, and foster strong relationships.

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all operations comply with VKB policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve service delivery, and support strategic objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.

  • 5–7 years of management experience in a retail or agri-business environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.

  • Strong financial, operational, and business acumen.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Willingness to work after hours when required.
