SHEQ Officer
Site: Vereeniging, Gauteng South

Reports to: General Manager
Division: Industrial

Job Purpose
To ensure legal and ISO9001 compliance within company.

Key Accountabilities:
Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing, operations, product quality, reliability and safety
To ensure compliance by staff and contractors to ISO9001 and Health & Safety Systems
Ensure quality levels of all production stages are implemented and maintained to meet customer requirements
Ensure training and training records are in accordance with the ISO9001 and safety systems and regulations
Perform and co-ordinate HSE, ISO9001 and 5S audits
Analyse Non-conformance for the division and ensure they are closed on time and recommendations implemented
Hold regular Toolbox Talks to drive SHEQ initiatives
Ensure all equipment calibrations are maintained according to ISO 9001 standards
