Control room Shift Supervisor
Boksburg
Requirements:
•Willing to work 12 hour shifts – mostly night
•Computer literate and a passion for computers (Technology) and systems
•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•Strong leadership quality
•Administration orientated
•Work independently and within a team
•Have experience in Listener and Aura
•Have CCTV knowledge in Dahua and Hikvision
•Good command of the English and Afrikaans languages
Duties will include but is not limited to
•Ensure that the Control Room is prepared to coordinate all emergency related procedures and take control of emergency situations
•Daily, weekly and monthly report writing
•efficient administration of control room records and reports
•Handling of complaints
•Manage the staff effectively, including mentoring and training
•Ensure that all risk related reporting activities, are collated, evaluated and reported
•Ensuring full controller staff complement are on duty
Must have:
•Have Grade 12/ Matric
•Have At least 3 years’ experience in a Supervisory level
•PSIRA registered Grade B
•Own reliable transport
•Reside in Boksburg or in the surrounding East rand area
•Have No criminal record or any Pending Cases
•Clean criminal record and ITC record
•Salary according to industry standard
