Food Production and Distribution Centre Management Role

Pedros Flame Grilled Chicken is recruiting a Production Supervisor for its Distribution Centre operations in East London, Eastern Cape. This is a permanent opportunity within the Production functional area for experienced supervisors with strong operational leadership skills within food production or similar high-volume manufacturing environments.

Purpose of the Role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 qualification is required.

A Diploma or Degree qualification will be advantageous.

Minimum 2–5 years management or supervisory experience within production, food manufacturing, or related industries is required.

Knowledge of food safety and quality control standards is essential, particularly for poultry production environments.
