We are looking for a confident individual required for office support for the smooth running of Cleanserv.
Olivedale, Randburg
Contract Duration: 1 year
Level : Internship (Graduates can also apply)
Salary: R2500 + 2% commission
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
*Handling phone call and email inquiries
* Taking Minutes in meetings
* Diary management and arranging appointments & Bookings
* Data entry (Sales figures, expenses, inquiries)
*General office management such as procurement of cleaning supplies
*Maintaining office files
*Submit Timely reports & prepare presentations as assigned
*Preform any other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
*Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skill
*Should be studying business, Administration or any other related field
*Problem solving skills
*Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
*Good Organizational & Leadership Skills
