R193 359 – R227 766 per annum

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Telecom Operator will handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
The role includes transferring calls to the relevant officials or departments.
Messages must be taken accurately and conveyed promptly to the relevant persons.
The switchboard must be manned at all times to ensure uninterrupted communication services.
The successful candidate will attend to all other duties that may be required within the scope of the role.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining effective communication channels within the Magistrate Office and the Master of the High Court. The Telecom Operator serves as the first point of contact for callers and must ensure that communication is handled professionally and efficiently.

The Telecom Operator position is based within court offices in the Western Cape and Eastern Cape Provinces. The role requires working in a structured office environment where confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism are essential.
