The Department of Justice invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for ADMINISTRATION CLERK (X2 POSTS) at Magistrate Offices in the Western Cape and Eastern Cape Provinces. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking entry-level government administration employment within the court environment.

Salary

R228 321 – R268 950 per annum

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification is required.

Skills and Competencies

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).

Strong planning and organising skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal relations.

High level of attention to detail.

The successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to work in an organised and structured environment, ensuring that clerical and administrative functions are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Administration Clerk will render general clerical support services within the component.

The role includes providing supply chain clerical support services within the component to ensure smooth procurement and administrative processes.

The successful candidate will provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component, supporting human resource processes where required.

Financial administration support services must also be provided within the component, ensuring accurate capturing, filing, and processing of relevant documentation.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Magistrate Office and ensuring that administrative systems function effectively.
