Minimum Requirements
Applicants must possess a three-year National Diploma or Bachelorβs Degree in Public Administration, Public Management, or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of three (3) yearsβ administration experience is required.

Candidates must be capable of managing office administration effectively within a court environment and ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Administrative Officer will coordinate and manage the financial and human resources of the office.
The role includes coordinating and managing risk and security within the court environment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
The successful candidate will manage the strategic and business planning processes of the office.
The position requires managing the Criminal and Civil Court Administration Section, sections related to Family Court matters, and Supply Chain functions.
The Administrative Officer will manage Third Party Funds and Vote Accounts for the office.
The role also involves coordinating, managing, and administering support services to Case Flow Management and other court users to ensure efficient court operations.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining accountability, financial compliance, human resource coordination, and administrative efficiency within the Magistrate Office.
