Responsibilities:
• Able to conduct and have knowledge of General building maintenance and repairs (Plumbing, Painting, tiling and electrical)
• Liaise with tenants and owner on maintenance issues.
• General building inspections to identify maintenance issues.
• Overseeing of current general building works.
• Able to work after hours and weekends when required.

Requirements:
Basic Literacy (read and write english)
• Driver’s license C1
