FINANCE AND HR ACCOUNTANT ACCOUNTS & HR GENERALIST Drivers licence & own transport Matric Related tertiary qualification advantageous General HR experience advantageous (HR credentials) Previous experience in a senior role advantageous Profile Attention to detail Flexible & adaptable Ability to organize & co-ordinate projects & events Enthusiastic about people Aptitude for problem solving & conflict management Strong ethics & reliability Strong reporting skills and computer literate (pastel & pastel payroll advantageous) Independent and action orientated Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Duties will include Monthly management of accounts, general accounting duties Assist with tax processes Ad-hoc reports as required by management Supporting the development & implementation of HR initiatives & systems
