About the Role

The Junior Admin Assistant is responsible for managing the internal administration of the organisation or specific assigned tasks within the retail environment.

This role supports operational efficiency by ensuring that administrative processes, stock documentation, goods received vouchers, and invoices are processed accurately and on time. The position also plays a role in stock control and client service, ensuring that retail operations run smoothly and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 is required.
