PROPERTY BROKER WANTED

Listed Property Fund requires the assistance of a local Richards Bay Property Broker to let office space.

Must be registered with the EAAB, be able to allocate time exclusively to a single property and have experience in letting offices. Must provide own transport, laptop and cell phone, the costs of which will be covered by the employer. In addition, the candidate will receive 300% of the normal SAPOA commission rates for any deals concluded. Contract period is 6 months and may be renewed.
