About the Role
The Service Advisor is responsible for managing the repairs and service workflow while providing expert technical guidance to customers. This includes booking service jobs, consulting with technicians, advising customers on repair options, and ensuring timely completion and collection of serviced equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation and Service Coordination
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and repair technicians, consulting on required repairs, possible alternatives, service outcomes, and turnaround times. Booking service appointments and managing customer expectations are central to this role.
Technical Product and Service Advisory
Using strong product and mechanical knowledge, the Service Advisor will provide accurate information on service options, available parts, warranties, and potential cost savings. Technical understanding of power tools, machinery, and engines is essential for effective advisory support.
Repairs Division Workflow Management
