About the Role
The Dealer Principal holds full accountability for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of the dealership. Operational Oversight Across Departments
The Dealer Principal is responsible for managing and supporting all dealership departments, ensuring that each area operates at its full potential within defined operational and business plans. This includes sales, service, parts, administration, and support functions.
The role also involves setting optimal staffing levels and ensuring that all assets are effectively maintained, repaired, and upgraded to support operational efficiency.
Financial Management and Performance Monitoring

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
