About the Role

The General Sales / Selling Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the overall performance of the dealership’s Sales Department. The role focuses on achieving sales and profitability targets while building strong customer loyalty, enhancing brand reputation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This position requires a hands-on sales leader who can balance strategic planning with active selling, customer engagement, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities

Sales Department Leadership and Performance Management

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the Sales Department, ensuring that sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction objectives are consistently achieved. This includes setting performance expectations, monitoring results, and driving continuous improvement across the sales team.

Strong leadership is essential to motivate staff, build accountability, and foster a high-performance sales culture.


Marketing Strategy and Business Development
