Key Responsibilities
Parts Sales and Customer Service
The successful candidate will assist with attending to walk-in customers and responding to telephonic customer queries and complaints. This includes providing product information, assisting customers with parts requirements, and ensuring a professional and service-oriented experience at all times.
Accurate processing of sales transactions is a critical responsibility, requiring attention to detail and adherence to company procedures.
Stock Control and Administration
The Trainee Parts Salesperson will assist with stock counting and participate in regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory records. Maintaining a neat, tidy, and well-organised parts area is essential to support efficient service delivery and stock accessibility.
The role also involves supporting general parts administration activities as part of the training process.

Minimum Requirements
