About the Role

The Junior Stock Administrator position is designed as a developmental role within a travelling stock audit team. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience by moving between branches, conducting regular stock audits, and supporting operational departments across the business.

This role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and a willingness to travel extensively. It is best suited to individuals who enjoy practical work, problem-solving, and continuous learning in a retail and logistics environment.


Key Responsibilities

Stock Auditing and Control

The core responsibility of this role is to conduct weekly stock audits across various Adendorff branches. This includes performing accurate stock counts, identifying discrepancies, and assisting in the investigation and resolution of variances.

You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that stock records align with physical inventory and company standards.


Operational Support Across Departments

As part of your development, you will assist multiple departments including sales, warehousing, and administration when required. This cross-functional exposure is designed to build a well-rounded understanding of Adendorff’s retail operations.

This role provides valuable insight into how stock management impacts sales performance, customer service, and overall business efficiency.


Product Knowledge and Self-Development

You will be required to develop and maintain strong knowledge of stock codes, part numbers, and product ranges. Continuous improvement in product understanding is a key expectation of the role.

Minimum Requirements
