Fidelity Services Group, through its Fidelity ADT division, is currently recruiting for a Hybrid Sales Consultant based in Brits, North West. This role offers an exciting blend of lead generation, relationship management, and consultative selling, focusing on armed monitoring, response agreements, and advanced electronic security solutions.
About the Role
The Hybrid Sales Consultant is responsible for sourcing, promoting, and selling Fidelity ADT’s security products and services to new and existing clients. This includes armed response agreements, alarm system upgrades, CCTV solutions, electric fencing, and related security technologies.
The role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development

Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to residential and commercial customers.

Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security solutions.

Generate new business through self-sourced leads and internal referrals.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the allocated area.

Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and pipeline management.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term retention.

Develop networks with estate agents, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders.

Provide professional security advice tailored to customer needs.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and service delivery.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the client base.
Sales Administration and Reporting

Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.

Ensure timely follow-up on all leads, quotations, and proposals.

Manage administrative sales duties with high attention to detail.

Track performance against targets and take corrective action where required.
Performance and Standards

Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets in line with company expectations.

Ensure all leads and quotations are followed up timeously to maximise conversions.

Maintain professional conduct and brand representation at all times.

Adhere to company sales processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Experience

Matric or equivalent qualification.
-
Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Experience in capital goods sales will be advantageous.

Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar alarm systems is an advantage.

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
