Motus Hino Mbombela, operating within the Toyota & Hino business unit of the Motus Corporation, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant: Sales to join its New Vehicle Sales Department in Mbombela, Mpumalanga.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Manager: New Vehicles, the Admin Assistant: Sales is responsible for supporting the New Car Sales Department with essential administrative and coordination functions. The role requires close collaboration with sales executives to ensure that daily sales operations, vehicle deliveries, showroom standards, and administrative processes are carried out efficiently and professionally.
This position is well suited to someone who can work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accuracy with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Department Support

Work closely with sales executives to support daily sales activities.

Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth sales operations.

Support the sales team with documentation, coordination, and follow-ups.

Assist with general sales-related administrative tasks as required.
Vehicle Deliveries and Coordination

Coordinate vehicle deliveries in collaboration with the sales team.

Ensure all delivery-related arrangements are completed accurately and on time.

Assist with driving duties when operational requirements demand it.

Support the sales department in ensuring vehicles are prepared for customer handover.
Showroom and Stock Management

Maintain the upkeep of the showroom floor, including vehicle displays and stock presentation.

Ensure showroom vehicles are positioned and displayed according to company standards.

Assist the Sales Manager with weekly stock counts.

Support accurate tracking of vehicle stock and showroom assets.
Administrative Duties

Perform day-to-day administrative functions within the sales department.

Operational Support

Qualifications and Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Valid driver’s license (EC1 / EC).
