Role Summary

The Appointment Setter is the vital spark that moves multi-million dollar renovation projects forward. Your mission is to build rapid rapport, handle objections with clinical confidence, and secure high-quality appointments for our design and remodel teams. Key Areas of Responsibility

1. High-Volume Lead Engagement

  • Strategic Outreach: Conduct approximately 100 calls per day from our internal database of warm leads to pitch our renovation solutions.

  • Conversion: Turn general interest into confirmed appointments, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities for the U.S. sales team.

  • Warm Inbounds: Manage incoming inquiries with speed and professionalism, striking while the lead is “hot.”

2. Relationship & Pipeline Management

  • Relentless Follow-up: Execute a sophisticated follow-up strategy to keep potential clients engaged throughout their decision-making process.

  • Objection Handling: Navigate complex homeowner concerns regarding budget, timelines, and design with resilience and persuasive logic.

  • CRM Integrity: Keep the company CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) updated with meticulous detail, ensuring every conversation is logged and actionable.

3. Performance & Collaboration

  • Target Achievement: Thrive in a goal-oriented environment where hitting daily and weekly booking targets is the primary metric for success.

  • Team Synergy: Provide the U.S. executive team with feedback on lead quality and market trends observed during daily calls.


Requirements & Competencies

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in sales or appointment setting, preferably in high-volume or high-ticket environments.

  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level or higher) with a confident, professional, and persuasive tone.

  • Schedule: Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MST/PST (U.S. Mountain or Pacific Time).

  • Technical Setup: High-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet, professional home office environment.
