Role Purpose
The Admin Supervisor is a key support pillar for the Store Manager, responsible for ensuring the back-office and front-end operations run seamlessly. You will oversee the accuracy of till operations, manage financial records (overs and unders), and ensure that the administrative backbone of the store remains compliant with company policies. Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities
1. Financial Oversight & Till Operations

Cash Management: Demonstrate accurate and efficient till operating skills, maintaining an exemplary track record of minimal overs and unders.

Audit Compliance: Ensure all administrative paperwork, daily banking, and cash-up procedures are performed with 100% accuracy and in line with internal audit standards.
