Role Purpose
The SHEQ Intern plays a supportive yet vital role in ensuring the organization remains compliant with global health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. You will be responsible for managing critical documentation, monitoring operational areas for hazards, and assisting with internal audits. This role is designed to develop your skills in managing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 frameworks while supporting the rigorous standards of the automotive industry.
Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities
1. Document Control & Data Management

Record Keeping: Maintain and update essential SHEQ registers, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issuance and staff training logs.

Archiving: Ensure all SHEQ documentation is properly indexed, filed, and archived to ensure ease of retrieval during external audits.

Data Integrity: Manage data related to safety performance to assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement.
2. Compliance, Monitoring & Risk Assessment

4. Training & Awareness

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
