Role Purpose
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Branch Administrator serves as the administrative backbone of the Helderkruin branch. The overall purpose of this position is to manage the intersection of Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance. You will ensure that the branch remains compliant with group policies while facilitating the smooth flow of information between the site, the Regional Office, and the Group Head Office.
Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Billing (Critical)

Billing Accuracy: Oversee all financial actions and billing processes to ensure revenue protection and accurate client invoicing.

Petty Cash: Take full responsibility for the petty cash system, including daily reconciliations and timeous submissions.

Asset Management: Manage and track all branch assets, ensuring maintenance and proper allocation.
2. Payroll & HR Administration

Payroll Processing: Ensure all payroll and salary-related concerns are handled accurately; this includes managing Pension and Provident Fund submissions and drafting UIF documentation.

Personnel Management: Handle the end-to-end HR lifecycle, from onboarding new security officers to processing terminations and maintaining personnel files.

Guard Postings: Oversee the daily booking of guards on the Posting Sheet to ensure contractual compliance and accurate billing inputs.
3. Operational Support & Compliance

Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for branch and executive management, assisting with performance presentations.

Compliance Audits: Coordinate and ensure branch compliance with PSIRA and internal group standards, assisting with audits as required.

Facility Oversight: Oversee facility services, including maintenance activities and coordination with external tradespersons.

Communication: Act as the key correspondent between the Branch and the Group, ensuring information flow facilitates effective business operations.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered for this associate-level role in Roodepoort, candidates must meet the following:

Education: Grade 12 or Matric Certificate. A tertiary qualification in Administration, HR, or Finance will be an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 3โ5 years in a similar administrative environment.

Payroll: Essential knowledge and experience in Payroll administration.

Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). SAP experience is highly advantageous.

Finance: Solid understanding of financial principles and billing cycles is essential.

Logistics: Must have a valid Driverโs License and own reliable transport.

Residency: Candidates must reside within the West Rand or surrounding areas.
