Job Summary
The Uniform Coordinator is responsible for the seamless execution of the uniform process across the Western Cape region. This includes overseeing uniform orders, managing warehouse inventory, and ensuring that every employee—from new recruits to long-standing security officers—is equipped with apparel that meets the company’s safety and quality standards. This role requires a balance of administrative precision, vendor liaison, and hands-on inventory control.
Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Warehouse Management

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all uniform inventory, ensuring digital systems reflect physical stock levels.

Storage & Maintenance: Ensure that all uniforms and equipment are properly stored, categorized, and maintained in a clean, professional warehouse environment.

Stock Checks: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and prevent stockouts.
2. Procurement & Supplier Liaison

Order Tracking: Manage the ordering process with head office or external suppliers, tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery to the Cape Town branch.

Vendor Coordination: Work closely with authorized suppliers to resolve any issues related to order quality, sizing, or late deliveries.

Safety Compliance: Verify that all received garments meet the specific safety and durability standards required for high-risk security operations.
3. Employee Support & Issuing

Distribution: Coordinate the issuing of uniforms to new employees during the onboarding phase and manage replacement requests for existing staff.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this administrative role in Cape Town, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:
