Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities
1. Sales Excellence & Target Achievement

Revenue Generation: Actively drive the sales of agricultural parts, accessories, and technical solutions to meet and exceed agreed-upon monthly targets.

Commission Structure: Leverage your sales skills to maximize earnings through a competitive, performance-based commission structure.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with farmers and commercial clients in the Frankfort region.
2. Stock & Inventory Management

Inventory Control: Manage stock levels effectively, ensuring high-demand parts are always available while ordering based on seasonal movement and historical data.

Sourcing: Utilize your network and industry knowledge to source scarce or specialized parts quickly to minimize downtime for farmers.

Merchandising: Maintain excellent housekeeping standards of stock rooms and point-of-sale displays to enhance the customer experience.
3. Technical Expertise & Administration

Agricultural Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest agricultural technologies and equipment specifications to provide expert advice to customers.

Financial Transactions: Take full responsibility for the point-of-sale process, including the accurate handling of cash and card transactions.

Qualification and Experience Requirements
To be considered for this EE-specific role at VKB Mechanization, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education: Grade 12 / NQF 4 with Mathematics (Essential).

Experience: Proven sales and marketing experience specifically within the automotive or agricultural parts sector is mandatory.

Technical Skills: High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite).
