The primary goal of the Salesperson is to maximize profit and generate income by delivering an exceptional “Incredible” customer experience. Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance & Budgeting

Target Achievement: Execute daily sales activities to ensure the branch meets its income and sales budget targets.

Prospecting: Actively engage with walk-in customers and utilize prospecting processes to identify new sales opportunities.

Solution Selling: Recommend products across all tech categories (Computing, Cellular, Gaming, and Smart Home) that best suit the customer’s lifestyle.
2. Customer Service & Merchandising

Customer Centricity: Deal with all customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat business.

Store Presentation: Attract customers through effective merchandising and ensure that stock displays are clean, organized, and inviting.

3. Administration & Compliance

Transaction Management: Accurately action cash and credit sales processes in accordance with company policy and National Credit Act (NCA) guidelines.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
