Position Overview
The Sales Representative (Internal) – BUCO Komatipoort ensures fast, efficient processing and fulfillment of customer orders while upholding company standards of appearance, behavior, and service. This role plays a vital part in maintaining stock levels, managing orders, and supporting excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Attend to customer requirements and provide prompt solutions.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Manage delivery of customer goods and ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Oversee administrative functions, including orders and non-stock item quotations.
- Ensure all deliveries meet company deadlines.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Promote The Building Company’s values and culture in all interactions.
Job Requirements
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in the building or construction industry
