Position Overview

The Senior Process Engineer will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and operational automation within SunBet. This position focuses on optimising business processes, implementing automation, and improving efficiency to deliver seamless customer experiences.

The Senior Process Engineer bridges business and technology, ensuring transformation initiatives are strategically aligned, scalable, and customer-focused.


Key Responsibilities

  • Map, analyse, and optimise business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies.
  • Design future-state processes aligned with digital strategy and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to embed improvements and integrate systems.
  • Evaluate and implement automation tools to drive efficiency and reduce operational friction.
  • Standardise processes across channels and define KPIs to measure performance and adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and change initiatives to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Support the execution of SunBet’s digital transformation roadmap.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in process engineering, business transformation, or operational improvement.
  • Proven expertise in technology-enabled process redesign, automation, and RPA/low-code platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with BPMN, Visio, Jira, ServiceNow, or other automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, workflows, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, retail, or other customer-centric industries.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile methodologies.
